SCOPE

 

Combinatorial problems can be encoded into nanofabricated networks and solved by large numbers of molecular-motor-propelled protein filaments in so called Network-based biocomputation. In this workshop, experts of quantum- and DNA computing and molecular motor-powered, network-based computing will join forces to develop new directions in biocomputation.

 

Workshop scope

  • Approaches to bio- and parallel computing
  • Implementation of efficient algorithms
  • Efficient encoding and readout of large amounts of information into (biological) computing agents
  • Single-molecule sensing and detection
  • Fabrication and scale-up of computing devices

 

We are looking forward to inspiring talks and posters, as well as to new collaborations and initiatives.
